Scheduling your treatment is simple and convenient. You can book online using the link below or call us at (310) 278-4000 and our team will be happy to assist. To reserve your appointment, a $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied towards your treatment.
Patient Portal
To make your visit as smooth as possible, we ask that you complete all forms in your Patient Portal before your appointment. You'll receive a secure link by email/text. Filling these out in advance saves time at check-in and allows our team to focus fully on your care when you arrive.
Day-Of Visit Tips
Please arrive with clean, make-up free skin. Wearing comfortable clothing will also help you feel relaxed during your appointment. And don't forget to have a light meal beforehand -- it keeps your energy up and ensures you feel your best throughout the your visit. For everyone's comfort and safety, we kindly ask that you do not bring pets.
15-Minute Grace Period
To respect every client's allocated treatment time, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the best outcomes and avoid rushing your treatment.
Appointment Time
Each appointment is thoughtfully designed to give you our full attention and care. Because of the intimate size of our team and the bespoke nature of every treatment, we kindly ask that you allow extra time during your visit to account for any minor in-office delays.
Pre-Treatment Preparation
To help you get the best results and avoid unwanted bruising, we recommend you skip the following 1-2 weeks prior to your treatment (with your doctor's approval if applicable): aspirin, ibuprofen, blood thinners, Vitamin E, fish oil, alcohol, smoking, and excessive caffeine.
Parking
Valet parking is available at our building. The rate is $3.25 for each 15 minutes, with a daily maximum of $29.25. Public parking is available directly across the street at 440 N Camden Dr. The first hour is free, the second hour is $1 per half hour, and each additional half hour thereafter is $3, with a daily maximum of $22.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change, and we'll always do our best to accommodate you. To avoid forfeiting your deposit, we kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least two business days prior to your appointment.
