Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect our providers' time and other patients waiting for appointments, we kindly require at least 2 business days' notice for cancellations or schedule changes.
Late Cancellation Fee
We understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. To hold your spot, we kindly ask for a $100 deposit at the time of booking, which will go toward your treatment.

2+ business days' notice - You may cancel or reschedule without penalty. Your deposit will be applied toward your treatment.

Within 2 business days - Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows will result in a $100 cancellation fee.

How to Cancel or Reschedule
Please contact our office during business hours and receive a verbal confirmation from our team to finalize the change.

Payment of Fees
For cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 2 business days, your $100 deposit will be forfeited. If a deposit was not collected, the $100 fee will be charged to the card on file.​​

As a courtesy, each patient is allowed one cancellation/rescheduling per year without penalty.

If you are experiencing a medical illness or emergency, your health and safety -- as well as ours -- comes first. Please stay home and provide documentation to be exempt from this policy.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment. In some cases, the cancellation policy may apply.
